The 'Ke Arah Warga Perkhidmatan Awam Yang 'Arif Tentang Tuntutan Rukun Islam Kelima' Programme will be extended to all ministries in stages. The initiative aims to provide civil servants with clear understanding on the obligations and requirements of haj, aside from disseminating information on the management as well as facilities provided by the government. This was among the matters underlined by the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs at the closing ceremony of the 33rd Muzakarah on Haj for 1447 Hijrah/2026. The ceremony was held at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, 10th January afternoon.

According to Awang Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim, it is hoped that the programme can encourage civil servants to perform the haj, register to perform the haj, and make preparations in terms of financial, health and knowledge aspects. The event included a working paper presentation titled 'Kepentingan Tazkiyah Al- Nafs Melalui Penghindaran Rafats, Fusuq Dan Jidal.'
